CloseCombat.org CSO have just posted a mini review/AAR on a game called Firefight:

Wasn't this a Matrix release at one time?

Is it as good as they make out?

At one time Matrix was to publish a game called Close Assault - using the Firefight engine.

I downloaded the Firefight demo and thought it fantastic but very much out of date.

CSO is producing the next Close Combat game. Many of the CSO staff were good players and keen modders of Close Combat.

It is a mystery as to why CSO would promote an out of date game.

But we can speculate.................
