Battle for the Bridges

Post by wodin »

Had another superb battle today.

Loads of fun and excitement.

My brave men claimed a decisive victory. They suffered roughly 3300 casualties to the germans 8800.

5 of my units surrendered and 1 was destoryed! It was a bad day for the 1st Welsh Guards.

28 enemy units were destroyed and 26 surrendered.

Didnt quite get the final Victory location but secured the others.

Reinforcements came in at just the right time on two occasions. It was nail biting at times.

Once you get used to the system and dont micromanage to much its great fun. I have far more confindence in giving orders at battalion level or upwards. I stick to battalion level and group level.
