Still waitng for help.

Post by Peltonx »

I am still unable to log into game and have gotten zero help from anyone.

I have asked for my money back and get zero responce.

Are you selling games or just stealing money?

I want my money back because you are unable or more like unwilling to provide the service I paid for.

I can't get any help from Battleground on line or playnet.

Have you been to the WWIIonline forums? They have one just for support from the other players and staff. They are very responsive.
Try this to get right to it.

The fact is I payed Matrix for the download.

Playnet seems to have no record of it.

So at this point matrix sold me a service that they can't or unwilling to provide.

I have asked for my money back and will be contacting the State offices soon unless

I get some help or get my money back.

Thks for help Hairfog, but Playnet has done nothing and seems to know nothing.

Pelton I have posted a reply to you in the windows help forum. Players there have seen every problem in the last 5 years and we can work to find the problem. Email Bloo@playnet.com he is the player rep at CRS and can make sure your account is correct and the help forum can fix any other issues. Matrix is not the one to holler at.

Can you run the sim offline? Click ww2.exe from the directory. If you can run it offline and not online, THAT IS USUALLY A FIREWALL PROBLEM>>AGAIN
