Present Latest Ver of WIR

What is the PRESENT latest version of WIR.
I have 1.1 is there a newer version. If so could anyone be kind enough to provide the address to obtain it?

1.10 is the latest official release, but an unsupported (not that any are supported anymore) release done by Gary himself is at http://grognard.com/patch.html#d35. This is version 1.13x, which in my mind tilts the game in favor of the Axis quite a bit. The big difference is that the supply level is left at blitzkrieg supply (10) through the end of August. In my current game as the Axis, I captured Moscow and Leningrad by mid-September against a human. My opponent, in our earlier game, playing the Axis captured Leningrad and reached the outskirts of Moscow, but I barely held Moscow and ended up winning.
