Moral in Detail battle

Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

Units can recover Morale in detailed combat by resting--i.e. by skipping their turn.  (It is also a good idea to move them to an area of the battle map where they are isolated.  If they are close to other low-Morale units, then their Morale may also be affected.)

After a battle, at the strategic level, Morale can in general be recovered by keeping them out of battle and keeping them well-supplied.  (I think adding Strength from other units with higher Morale will also help.)
