Randomized...

A brand new campaign-based 3D tactical engine covering combat in World War II, from the developers at Koios Works. The first operation covered is the famous "Wintergewitter" or Winter Storm, a desperate attempt by Hoth's 57th Panzer Korps to break through to the encircled 6th Armee at Stalingrad and the Soviet counter-attack by 2nd Guards Army that drove them back.

I was wondering if the campaign has randomized enemy starting positions each time you play it again... meaning no two are the same...

It appears to me there is a predetermined deployment grid already marked for the AI. And the AI tends to favour the same location for deployment. But which unit the AI selects to drop in a particular place seems to be random.

Also noticed ,in replay, units will react different. I had BT 70's stay staionary one game and rush forward the next.

In three plays of the first campaign mission all enemy units were in the exact same spot as far as I could tell. If there was any variation in was minor.

yep I take it back. Noticed the 4 "#*#*" were hidden in the "#*#*" ground each time I played 2nd scenario.

It seems the Enemy on the first and second scenario is always in the exact same location. Would have been nice if they shuffled it up a bit.

Has anyone played the "Point Buy" skirmish portion yet? This is where it would be most important that random setups and locations would happen for me at least.
WE/I WANT 1:1 or something even 1:2 death animations in the KOIOS PANZER COMMAND SERIES don't forget Erik! ;) and Floating Paratroopers We grew up with Minor, Marginal and Decisive victories why rock the boat with Marginal, Decisive and Legendary?

The point buy is not very much diff from the regular scenarios, other then more units to pick from including the unbeatable Tiger. The map where you can use vehicles(forgot exactly what its called) has both players start on opposite sides of a frozen river. The flags are in the same spots everytime(unless u edit the map). The only "randomness" with this map might come from the AI, or human, placeing there units in slightly diff spots from game to game. If you know how to use a XML editing tool, then u can change the locations of the flags and starting placement postions. However, you will have to do this EVERYTIME you want to play that map with "randomness". The only problem is, YOU will know where the placemnt of the AI or Human will still be. Thas why i suggested in the wishlist thread, a tool that somehow shuffles starting positions and flags before each game.. so that way neither side knows where they're coming from. The Map WILL STIL be the same, but at least there will be some variety from game to game[:)]
