I just download Soviet Corps and the setup program doesn't allow me to change the install folder like your past products. Is there a way to change the install folder location?

I created a zip file of the two XML files that I changed. I uploaded the zip file as an attachment to my post in the Mod Section.

It turns population into an asset if you want to build big ships and create large armies.

It made things better for me.

Modified GroundUnit/ShipTypes

Here are the two XML files that I changed to use population for Large Ships and Ground Units.

Go to the XML Folder and rename GroundUnitTypes.XML and ShipTypes.XML to some other name so you can restore if you don't like it. Then Unzip the two files in the XML Folder.

Yep, I tried it again but with the population cost set to 10 so it would be very obvious. Ten population points were deducted when I built one. Your were right, the growth rate was masking it on my earlier attempt.
