I think smaller ships should at least get a defence bonus. It should be much harder to hit a small ship vs a giant capital ship.

Ok so im not the only one that has fueling turn into a cluster. I can remember that under the previous expansion, this wasnt an issue for me. Wonder if its been reported yet? Its the only major headache i have with the game.

A pre-warp start would be pretty cool. Game would need some work to make it possible though. Perhaps very small amounts of needed resources on the home planet would help. Enough to matter when starting out, but once your empire is bigger, it won't be enough to help.
