I did this on mine, lowered everything to 0.25 though. It's lovely to have ships that aren't the size of moons finally isn't it?

[Q] What are resupply ships in policies?

Or do they even fall under one of the ship types at all? I'm asking because I'm about to set Escorts, Frigates and Destroyers to 0%, maybe even Cruisers to get the AI to stop using gimpy fleets when all of my ships use 100% capacity but I don't want them to stop building other ships.
