15 credits gets you +1 population happiness. 75 gets you 3. Haven't tried minmaxing to find out exact values but the 15 is pretty close as 10 doesn't give you any

Pretty sure the SHQ should not appear in multiple slots. If you hover over the SHQ guy you will see all his rolls and which are in effect

I think this one and the side panel missing issue are related since I always see the side panel missing when the character info/decision result doesn't show up

Also note that it has been like this quite long so it's not really a sudden silent nerf. I think it is one of the features that people are now starting to pick up and realize.
All in all you should try carrying independent regiments in OHQs to fill in more sides to attack for full bonus

This is actually something that keeps happening a lot to people but Vic is unable to reproduce so if you have a save and can reproduce it please be ready to send the save and instructions to Vic

Yeah this is actually a feature. Heavy tanks have even higher penalty and monitor's highest. Would be nice if this was actually documented somewhere

Kind of interested what would you have wanted from the pull mechanism? What kind of strategical changes and such you would want from the logistical system? What kind of dimensions?
