Unfortunately not, it didnt dropped any further but nothing happened even after 10 turns or more. I didnt count since i thought it is maybe due to the capital city i didnt conquered.
But when i see your answer i guess it was an error from the game?!
That would be kinda sad =(

I got the nationale morale of russia to -240 but russia did not surrender.<br/>
Do i Need to get the capital of them or why dont they surrender ...
