Why is the left HQ pushed to 8 by the right HQ? The right HQ, positioned at 8 from being adjacent to a harbor or located in a city, should provide 4 hexes away 4 supplies to the left HQ. Yet, this one is at 5 (pushed to 8). It is definitely not drawing supply from another source, from what I can see...

Oh yes please, it's annoying at this frequency, although the intent is commendable. Ideally if the default frequency can be edited in a file, I would set it to never or one hour :lol:

Very interesting screenshots!

Does a difference has been made between small garrison forces and fortress units? These two are quite different and deserve 2 unit slots. The latter can represent a significant but static force.
