Order and Shipping Questions

Hi Jody

and everyone else. First I am answering the help desk questions as fast as I can. Second the new store is online and seems to be working well. If you want to place an order feel free to do so. The few problems we are not still having has to do with the our older customers accessing the new store for there old orders placed on the new store. Again the CD are shipping as of Friday and more will go out today and the rest of this week I am sure.

Thank you for your time and efforts in this endeavour. It certainly cant be very easy for you and I do appreciate it. Now having said that... (grin) I did recieve an email about a week ago telling me to look for a new email with my new order # , yet natch so far.. I will wait patiently for the week you asked for... (Very Big Grin)THEN I shall hound you to the ends of the earth for my game. (Chuckle) Now surely your quaking knees are rushing over to the outgoing list to confirm my order # (ROFL) Well I gave it my best "mean bear" try, I'll now go put back on the standard "Teddy Bear" stupid look my wife loves so much

I recieved my new username and password on June 13. When I try to use them at your help desk it dosenot reconize them.I have sent messages about this and get a form letter or no answer at all.You charged my credit card on April 17.What is happening.

I was wondering when the rest of the Mega game will go out? I ordered mine 05/10/01 and still nothing.

Since then I've had a HD crash that trashed my email with my order comformation and got a new email address among other things. I tried to log into the store but it won't recognize me, so I can't attempt to track it. Like I can since I don't have the information anymore.

I know you guys had trouble with the CD, but I just would like to know when if possible.

I got my Mega Campaign CD the other day! Note my suprise to find a copy of WIR and PACWAR included. Thanks Much Matrix for the Surprise.

I spoke to soon. I tried to install Mega Campaigns and got a decompression error on one of the files. This means the CD is corrupted... Has anyone else had the same problem?

Hi Victor. I got one of those also, but I pressed ignore and the game continued to load. The only thing I have that seems to be missing is the music at the beginning of the credits. Other than that, it runs great. I hope that this helps. Maybe some of the other guys will come in with their ideas.

I had an install problem in that i had a problem with the Vid0112 file I clicked ignore as well and it has still installed ok
The only problem is if it runs through the opening trailers it locks so I don't let it run and everything is OK. I have a sneaking suspicion if you upgrade to 5.02/5.03 it may fix it hence while i am typing i am downloaded the patches.

Hi Big Duke , you asked about the german Taxes on the MC-Order. Let me first tell you that I simply think that they dont ship it at all

I have never heard anything from them since I ordered. Nice way to loose money, even better than to buy Telekom shares

, hehehe.
I just compliained it here and all they did was sending me an e-mail from david that I should tell him what went wrong - but if he had read my post he would exactly know what I said.

But to the Taxes : It is the 16% MwSt Tax from the sum listed in the bill. So you are even paying taxes for the shipping and handling fee.

Can you tell us anything about the progress of getting a Publisher here in Europe?
I would bet that this is very interesting for all European Fans of SPWaW, because they could buy the MC a lot cheaper, not that high transport cost and also no Taxes would make it really a lot cheaper

We are looking into getting a warehouse over in Germany but this is not a done deal yet. We are also looking into getting reduced rates from FedEx to make it faster and cheaper to get packages overseas.

As for you Hammer2000 please do what I requested and I do my best to help you.

Well i recived a mail cause i reprted it to Matrix Helpdesk.After a few days i recived another mail from David Heath saying case closed.Now a week has passed and i am still processing when i check the status.I am getting a bit dissapointed.I think that i will might has well been saving my money and wait to all the problems was solved.I have still not recived MC and now there is already 5.3 ready to download.
Well that was just a piece of my mind.

Hi Randy,

That is precisely the problem I had too. I have since installed the game and applied the 5.02 & 5.03 patches and all works fine.
