I get lost every time I have to go anywhere but the forum :)

Still can't seem to find the rigth D/L section. All I get are patches and extras. Too bad. Help desk keeps giving me an error. Will keep digging. This is almost as bad as trying to purchase games......ie. using a US credit card outside of the US :)

Why has no one mentioned www.findmyorder.com

You do need the order number and password you used when you bought it, or the emails address and last 5 digits of your card used...

Thanks JD. Tried that.....it was suppose to send my password to my email. That was 2 hours ago. Still waiting :)

ahh.

I know it doesn't help now, but I have a notepad document, just a text file, that has my game name, serial number, password, last 5 digits, order number and email listed for each game I own as digital download. It's helped me immensely when I've had to re-download my games.

Just a note for the future. I've been where you are though...you never really are aware of what you should note and backup until you lose it [;)]

I print all my invoices. Of course I have the order # and serial #. But that is it :(
Oh well I sure i will get it eventually.

I always keep the emails with the link. And then burn them on a disc. Then also copy the installer on a portable hdd as well. Never hurts to have several backups.

You're just asking for trouble if you don't back up every digital download you get, no matter where it's from.
