Downloading Registered Games

I want to download a game I purchased awhile back and even registered it. How do I do that? I can't find out how.

sign into the members area and click on my orders and there should be download links. Unless the purchase was from the old store digital river then you need to click on digital river "find my order" and i believe you need the last 4 digits of the card you used. If you can't find your order from digital river then take out a support ticket.Hope this helps.

The 'download' links don't seem to include game downloads in my experience. You can re-download by submitting a support ticket and they'll send you a link.

You can retrieve your download links by:

1. Logging into your account at http://www.matrixgames.com/members/ .
2. Select “My Orders” from the far right side of the screen.
3. Select "Plimus - Find My Order" or " Digital River - Find My Order”.
4. Follow on screen instructions.

Or you can open a ticket on the http://www.matrixgames.com/helpdesk/
