Nice! I didn't know they'd done a cover of that song.

I saw them on their Bad Animals tour in 1987 or 1988 - very good they were too!

My favourite song from that album

Heart - I want you so bad

I've never seen heart before but I did see the led zeppelin tour back in 1977. my good friend was a huge zep fan so I ended up giving him my ticket stub.
I was only 14 and ended up with my ears ringing the next day in school. it was my very first concert so of course I will always remember. I'm pretty sure they were supporting their live album/movie 'the song remains the same'. A few months later I saw Jethro tull in the same venue (myriad arena in Oklahoma city, ok) and was very impressed by the sound system. Huge difference.

best wishes to all

Love early Led Zeppelin. Up to the fourth album

Keith Moon first heard their first album he apparently said he Led Zeppelin, they are going to go down like a Led Zeppelin! Wonder if he liked it but thought public wouldn't, just didn't like it or just being sarcastic.

For me on the whole music died between 83 and 88. Until the likes of Stone Roses and Happy Mondays came along. Then for the States until Nirvana shook things up and finally put to bed the soft rock power ballad of the cheesy guitar stuff like The Final Countdown. All the great musicians except a few like Iggy Pop and Bowie seemed to loose it in the eighties with horrible mainstream meh! Some like Robert Plant not getting it together until the nineties (in an interview he said he hates the stuff he did in the eighties and it's embarrassing, he even embarrassed about his look then aswell).
