You may think we've gone crazy but we are running a charity package with the team at Humble Bundle.

The package includes Battle Academy, Close Combat Gateway to Caen, Hell, Quadriga, Frontline, Conquest and Rise of Prussia Gold. YOu can pay what you want but to get them all the minimum is $10.

This is a package worth $144 at todays prices and more when they first released. This is by far the lowest price these games have been at and its unlikely they'll ever be lower!

I should have saved my Frontline: Road to Moscow key as well since I have it on iPad but got overzealous with my Steam activations [:D]

Is this a Steam only deal or do you get Matrix Keys for them as well?

Six are Steam only and Conquest Medieval Realms is a DRM free download.

Certainly it'd be interesting if this experiment puts paid to the notion that wargames need to be priced high in order to maximize profits per unit sale because of the expectation that it's too niche a genre, as opposed to a more mainstream pricing scheme where games going on regular sales/deep discounts provides better exposure to the rest of the market.

TBH that's not a huge amount. Wargames remain a niche genre. HB normally sell tens of thousands and in the case of AAA bundles, hundreds of thousands.
