Can't start a new thread?

Tried to start a new thread in the Shadow Empire tech support board but it says "You can't post for 7 days after your tenth post" But I've never posted before!

Specifically it says: "You are not allowed to post links, emails or phone numbers for 7 days from the date of your tenth post. go back?"

Tried it again but still failed - weird that I could start this thread but not one in that forum.

And again - this is only the 2nd time I've ever posted on these boards so no idea what it means by 10 posts - and it's a pure text post with no links, emails, phone numbers of pics attached.

I figured it out. I was putting in a number 11111 dot 11 (with no spaces) and the forum was converting that to a URL and thinking I was trying to post a link.
