won't work

I have downloaded John Tillers Campaign Middle East and I cannot get it to install. It keeps saying I have a different version on my computer. This is a new machine and I have been unable to get it to install because of this message. I did have an old copy from my last computer on a external drive but have deleted it as well. I'm stumped!
