Troubleshooting weird movement order issues

Post by Searry »

The game still has issues when trying to figure out why units like to take movement paths that necessarily don'tt make any sense. I've tried everything to make this unit go straight to the target.

Hmm. Turns out this map has really weird problems for the bradleys to cross bridges. Are they trying to move over them amphibiously? Tanks seems to have no problem.

This bug will be fixed with the pending 2.1.3 update we are working on.
OTS is looking forward to Southern Storm getting released!

Same problem
Units in FCSS seem to hate going across bridges desperately, sometimes even clicking two adjacent hexes (two ends of the bridge) will result in a big circle of an odd detour.

This bug is already fixed in 2.1.3, which will hopefully make it to you guys soon. The map in the screenshot above is a particularly painful example, but there are a few maps affected, not just this one.
