Info panel.

I like this info panel that appears when i move cursor over some unit, but there is two problems with it, first problem is that this panel sometimes didn't appears (i don't know reason) and second problem is that even if it appears, its disappears to fast. I know that there is similar same info panel when i click F10, but this green info panel is more comfortable. Any way to make this green info panel appears always and for longer?

I believe the game is not very good at catching the mouseover while simulation is running. The tooltip is pretty easy to get to appear if the game is paused. Regarding it's disappearing, as long as you don't move the mouse, it should remain for long enough to read it quite easily.
