Suggestion: Shortcuts for "Next/prev interface subtab"

The interface is beautiful and actually quite well though out, i think. I really like the uniformly looking subtabs under colonies, diplomacy and so on. I am missing a keyboard shortcut for them, though. We should be able to use a single button to always select the next respective last tab of the current screen. Also, there should be on button per screen that always opens the last subtab that has been viewed in that category (always open ressources with mining ships / always with fuel tankers, depending on what was selected).
