strange behavior of Soviet aviation

Hello, please help, my aviation, which is in a different state than rest, is going on a suicide mission and I am not able to cope with it, please help me how to solve it.

It looks like your opponent is running some missions and your fighters auto-intercept. Auto-intercept can draw fighters from any air groups that are in range and not resting. To avoid fighting, you can either set your fighters on rest or pull them out of range.
