Refit Question

If a unit's Max TOE% is set to 75 and it's left on Refit, will it refit PAST 75 or stop when it gets to the max percent set for that unit?

It doesn't look like they do:

Look at the individual ground elements as it checks element by element. It's possible that a unit on the map has more than 75% of an item, so it won't take any more of that item, but the excess may make the unit go over 75% when the other items come up to 75%. IIRC, in the reserve box, units will shed excess, but on the map, I don't think they do that.

Has the TOE been upgraded; eg from 41a to b or c etc? This will cause it to go over the limit but will adjust over time.
