Is there a quick description or do I need to wait until that chapter of the manual is released for preview?

easiest is to suggest wait for the section. The main effect is enhanced attrition losses on the axis side in deep snow or blizzards and their already stressed logistics system gets a lot worse.

so basically a lot of weakened units and temporarily lost men and equipment. How fatal that is depends on what the Soviet player can manage - have a wee peak at the AAR I've been posting up, it may give you a feel for how it plays
