33 thousand troops fought for a week and no one was seriously hurt?

Papa Stalin will definitely send in the commissars after that debacle... :D

Very strange data values in the center panel. I would submit a bug report.

Hasty attack, called off before anyone hit anything based on some expected odds calculation. It can happen. Now if you had a save that repeated this every time you ran the battle, it might be worth looking to see what exactly caused it.

Corps commander was like no player we aren't actually going to launch that attack you ordered as its daft lol.

The Hasty attack cheese the axis can pull and get away with at times is abit absured...let me split into regiments and do 4+ hasty attacks just to get scout result to penalize the Soviet units with little impact to the German regiments....in fact usually inflicting a great deal more damaged and destroyed soviet elements....and the soviets get nothing out of it since its just a scout....

not a good mechanic and abit cheesy

Both sides can do it Soviets more so(more units and more failure though). Just Axis will get better overall result because of their leaders and exp/morale). As for cheese, it is not in my opinion at all playing either side. If it fails, which it does, the whole stack gets a win. Not to mention horrid losses. That is what got you really in a titty, no wins off of them. Plus, this has been around even in WITE1, just so few, that I know off, uses it. The mentality is big numbers beat smaller numbers. But in this case smaller numbers do more damage when led excellently.

Coloring books and crayons would work wonders with the definition.

I don't know what that idiom means.

I just wanted to highlight that it is not 'cheesy' but military tactic. A somewhat famous example could eventually be Models retreat from the Rzhev Salient I guess.
It may also be called different tactic, as said just a guessed example.

I have no problem with folks trying to get scouted results, but I thought my result was funny because it was a hold, which implies some level of shooting at each other.

My troops have now been given remedial weapons training. Commissars will shot anyone without a passing score.
