hasty attack support units

In a hasty attack, the game assigns support units, just like it does during a deliberate attack, to both attackers and defenders. The artillery support units frequently don't fire during a hasty attack or only fire a minimal number of shots. Even if they don't fire these support units suffer fatigue and damage during combat. Have you considered not assigning support units during hasty attacks?
