Production query

Hi guys,

Could be WAD of course but was concerned to see so many places not have the required oil already? Also should it be showing places like Marseille which is off-map?

Axis have lot of refineries but barely any oil fields so its WAD.

All Axis nations were relying on imported oil so they had a lot of refineries. Even Romania had excess capacity, I assume they were selleing oil and oil products on the world market pre-war whereas in war they sold more crude oil.
Also sometimes the game engines transports oil away from a location that needs oil just to fulfil an oil request from another location.

Oh I know the Axis lacked oil. Was just more pointing out it was a highlighted issue in June 41 and should Marseille be listed as it’s off map
