Soviet Lend Lease Tank Brigades issue

So playing under the newest update....

Built 5 of each Lend lease tank brigade for the Soviets---5 of British tanks and 5 of American tanks......

They all converted to Soviet tanks and all now just using soviet tanks and none of the Lend Lease tanks in the pool, this doesn't seem to be working as it should.

Are you playing 1.03.11? Tank substitutions are very aggressive in that version, and usually have to do with having low levels of tanks in the pool. We have a new update that just went to testing last Friday that tries to dial back substitutions. I wouldn't say it is perfect (or close to it), but it is better. Would be interesting to see how that version will handle your issue.
