Hardly going to make Berlin fall tomorrow but any reason for a SU plane loss in this combat when they were all on the ground drinking Smirnoff?

most likely it was lost in the hex in an earlier event - there is a partial explanation lurking deep in section 37.1.1

Usually this sort of unexpected appearance of aircraft (ie not keying off the GS) is due to an earlier GA (either unit or interdiction) operation in the hex but it can also be a legacy of A2A combat

Okey dokey. Surely it shouldn't be showing in this combat replay though whatever the previous cause?
