Halder's dismissal data is Sept 42, so he should not be in the scenario. I don't know if the leader dismissal date changed, or the code that removes the leaders changed, but something has changed that made him effectively disappear. Given his historical dismissal date, he shouldn't have been in the scenario.

I've corrected the leader in OKH for the scenario to match other scenarios that start at the same time. I've attached the scenario file. Just unzip this file into your Matrix Games\Gary Grigsby's War in the East 2\Dat\Scen folder to replace the existing scenario file.


Edit: This scenario file is only to be used with version 1.01.02 and later. I don't know for sure, but assume that the issue only came up in 1.01.02.
