Game won't launch in Steam

The game won't launch on Steam after the recent update.

The launcher itself will just crash.

I've tried re-installing the game but it still won't launch.

I just deleted the Steam version and had to re-install the non-Steam game. It works.

Not happy!

Do you see any message or anything at all when it crashes for you via the Steam launch?

Does it crash before the initial launcher menu even appears or only after you click play?

Could you try reinstalling it via Steam to a different location/folder to see if that makes any difference?

Also, please open the folder where you've installed the game. Locate and select a file named "Launcher.exe". Press the right mouse button and select "Properties". Click on the "Compatibility" tab. Tick the option "Run this program as an administrator". Click on "Apply" and "Ok". Double click on “Launcher.exe" for running the program and check if the issue persists.
