Is the server MP-problem solved?

Still getting this error message when trying to save the game, for hours now...do not dare to try and end the turn, the risk of have to do everything again is to great have been thorugh that before. Try to memorize all moves to not "break" the game is not easy.

I'm unable to login to the server (error 99) so i suspect that the servers are currently down.
