On turn 2, all the resource movement (not just city to city) took about 6 seconds on my 5 year old PC. On turn 40, it took about 25 seconds. Do you have a Soviet prelog save that you can attach here from before your logistics phase so I can compare it on my computer. Can you let me know exactly what phase you are saying takes forever, and how much time it's taking for you. What scenario/turn are you saying it is taking forever? The logistics phase can take a long time, but generally on my computer it takes about 1-3 minutes. The late war Soviet AI phase is usually the thing that takes the most time on my computer. My computer is 5 years old, but it was a decent computer when I got it.

yes, the first rounds are quick.
In the later rounds, your own logistics phase, especially the freight movements, takes minutes.
but that seems to be normal.
