Unable to save to MP server

Hi there, playing a server game and I lost my internet connection temporarily. I reconnected but am now unable to save my game - I get 6: User not logged in Login error

Is there anyway to log back into the server remotely so that I can save?

Edit: to add insult to injury it seems that by trying to save the game a number of times my account has been locked :'(
