1st Italian Mountain Division no ToE upgrade for 1942?

Was looking at the Italian divisions and think this might be an oversight as it seems all the Italian Mountain divisions but the 1st have a 1942 OOB update.

The metropolitan/occupation divs have no upgrade, those destined for combat have.

Not an expert on Italian units but did it actually upgrade or not?

Because we allowed to have open TB so maybe we want to use the unit when historically it sat in italy and did nothing all war.....if it did upgrade while sitting around italy then it should get update ToE I would think....

also it would be odd for an Army to update the ToE of all divisions of a certain class and then just not update the 1st named division of that class.....would be super odd really.

I would think those units were sort of cannibalized off their best troops/equipment to support the units destined for east front

Did some quick searches for OOB information.

Is a site on the fighting in the Yugoslavian partisan war that lists that the 1st Alpine was augmented with heavy companies for the regiments in 1942 per when the other Divisions were updated.

However, from the OOB it is showing the 1st Alpine was not given the extra artillery Battalion which would make sense as the 105mm guns, 20mm AA guns, and 75mm AT guns wouldnt have been needed really in Yugoslavia.

This would at least augment the division with 47mm AT Guns due to the addition of the regimental heavy companies so this would make a 1942 ToE upgrade which adds 24x 47mm AT guns but not of the other heavy equipment.

Also makes it more worthwhile to deploy if you choose, and if things were all equal an option to add the artillery battalion would be nice, but it wasnt done historically.
