Manual Retooling of Production

My wish is to be able to retool a factory to produce equipment ahead of schedule.

I remember in War in Russia you were able to retool factories, that would be great in WITE2 and WITE1.

Also having the Air HQ's have the planes like in WITE1 as a option.

What about breaking down the losses to the countries instead of lumping them all under 1.
