Here's the 1.02.45 version "unofficial" official version of the Stalingrad to Berlin Campaign - No Early End scenario:

You must unzip this into your Gary Grigsby's War in the East 2/dat/scen folder. As with the 41 campaign no early end version, the game still makes the 1 January 1945 check to see if the Soviet player has exceeded the German HWM, and if not, the game will end at that time. All other early victory checks have been removed. Enjoy.
