Is there any way or mod to make bigger the cities fonts and change colors too?

I have not edited it yet, but I'd guess you can alter the fonts there:

Hey!
Im late, but you need to check Gary Grigsby's War in the East 2\Dat\GuiFonts.json with notepad.
