Printer-friendly version of CMO's manual?

Unfortunately I cannot find any version that removes the manual background.
(I noticed that there is a printer-friendly CMANO version 1.0 edition from 2013.)

..The Printed Manual that will be included in the box at release will be a shortened version (210 pages)..

Pretty sure the OP found that, but it would be really nice to have a version without nice picture background on every page (for printing or for use on an ereader so page turns aren't so slow).
