How to use: Unzip to CMO installation folder, answering "yes" to any overwrite prompts.
NOTE: Because of name changes in some of the tutorial files, it is recommended to first (backup and) completely wipe-out the existing "Scenarios\Tutorials" subfolder and then replace it with the updated tutorials.

NOTES:
1) This is a "hotfix" release for a number of reported issues. We are "soft-releasing" it here prior to official distribution in order to get it to those affected by the issues ASAP (and gather additional feedback, in case we've missed something major). If B1328.14/15/16 are working fine for you then feel free to wait for the official release.
2) The exe is "unsigned" and thus it is likely to trigger a lot of false-positive AV alerts. If you are uncomfortable with this then wait for the official release.

* TWEAK: ABM-optimized radars can scan all the way up to vertical zenith (instead of 80 degrees)
* TWEAK: Air-search radars can also detect hovering air targets
* FIXED: #15712: (1328.16) Surface ships not following "automatic evasion" doctrine when set to "no"
* FIXED: ACs were cycling if the target of a strike FP was destroyed
* FIXED: #15362: [1328.10a] No impact resolution for inertial weapons at flame speed
* FIXED: #15402: [1328.11] Prosecution Area not working
* FIXED: #15710: (1328.16) Rapid dragon pallets only firing 1 missile per pallet
* FIXED: Ships were moving to a standoff range for the longest weapon without considering Doctrine limitations
* FIXED: Datalinked weapons not receiving midcourse guidance updates
* ADDED: Unit (temporarily) disobeys EMCON to properly guide datalinked or semiactive weapons in the air
* FIXED: #15653: (1328.15 and PE 2.3.1 ) Helicopters drop movement orders when within 1nm of destination
* FIXED: #15690: [2.3.1] PrSM with 500lb WH dispensing submunitions (cluster detonation over water was actually happening underwater)
* FIXED: #15691: [1328.16] Air Interception issues
* FIXED: #15698: (1328.16) Aircraft on strike missions are stuck moving back and forth between their airbase and waypoint 2
* RE-FIXED: #15519: [1328.13] Active Sonar detect sub, but passive sonar from sub unable to hear Active Sonar

Bugs in CMO are infuriating and I'm annoyed when one thing is fixed, only for something else to break! Having said that, I'm impressed by how quickly the CMO team push through updates and fixes. Thank you!

There is a windows defender antivirus message again, but that is easy to override

I get the antivirus message on the first link, but not the "Mediafire" link. So a lot better than the last update when it was both.
