Upload the save at that point if you can, at that point, and we may be able to help.

Do you ACTUALLY have 4 aircraft of the same type that are currently ready? By enforcing size, if there are only three aircraft ready, the mission will not fly.

I'm honestly not sure how specific the requirements are, if the planes must be the same type, same loadout, or other "matching" requirements, but those may come into play here, also.

You may want to play around with this. Try not enforcing size, pick one section rather than two, etc. Change some things and see what happens.

Might try just plain putting some information up. The OP is very vague.

Are the weapons compatible with the targets? Are the aircraft sensors able to detect the targets? Is the runway long enough for takeoff? I'm guessing there's an incompatibility somewhere.

I'd suggest uploading a save so we could check out such things, as well as loadout settings and doctrine.

And even that just might explain it! [:D]

Two of the jets are loaded with RBK-500 and two of the jets are loaded with RBK-250 so they can't form a group of four. They will have to be used as two groups of two.

OK, I've just loaded up Strike Tutorial #3, and in mine there is definitely 2x RBK-250 and 2x RBK-500.
