Scen 11: Downtown in Damascus, how do I get enough points?

Downtown in Damascus is an incredibly rough surgical strike scenario that fly into hell and back. Problem being: while I can definitely get the targets necessary, I end up taking too many losses and not taking out enough SAMs and AAA to be able to complete the scenario. Can anyone shed some light on how to get those coveted 300 points?

EDIT: Bomb the Guidelines north of Lebanon, how did I not see that before?
