Version 1.12.3 is now available for CMANO, Northern Inferno and Chains of War!

* FIXED: #11702: Kh-31P Missile DLZ logic
* FIXED: #11684: Cargo cloning issue
* FIXED: #11701: Units on AAW patrol not tailing 'unfriendly' contacts.
* Various tweaks to UI to make paradrop-capable units more apparent.
* The Database viewer now lists cargo information on a per-loadout basis.
* Fixed issue with manually changing aircraft altitude over land
