[FIXED] "Ctrl+H" Hotkey isn't working

It seems that The "Ctrl+H" Hotkey isn't working in my current environment(in any scenario). I often use this feature to mark suspicious targets. So could you please fix it, if possible?

I'm running CMO on Build 1121.8

Just in case I'll attach a save File.

If so, forget about it. I thought I have checked the logs, but maybe I have missed it. My Apologies.

It will be in a future build [CTL-H is a ASCII back-space key and I think that is causing it not be picked up properly. A fix has been added.]
