Log window unresponsive

Log window is not working properly when running on its default position.

If run on a separate window, everything is fine. It's just when I click on the arrow to expand it from its default position that becomes unusable. I have to select the option to run it on a separate window to "recover" the control.

I believe that a savegame is not needed as it happens as soon as the game opens ANY scenario, but I'm attaching one anyway, and a screenshot of the effect after trying to use the log window...

This is happening with 1307.12 and 1307.13.

I got this last week with "Command 1.05.1307.12", I was unable to open the Log Window and after a lot of clicking it finally opened. I never thought of it as a bug and just presumed it was a "Hiccup" with the PC becoming unresponsive with the mouse so never took note of any details.

Just tried it very briefly with the same scenario I was using and with "Command 1.05.1307.13" and its working fine. So I still presume it was just a "Hiccup" with the PC

Not happening anymore after updating to 1307.14!

"hiccup" or not, I hope is gone for good!
