Allocated weapon automatically canceled in specific scenarios

I have confirmed that the issue of weapons being automatically canceled occurs in a specific scenario. I conducted experiments in several scenarios, but the issue only occurs in the attached scenario. This happens in both version 1527 and version 1544. I also tried replacing the unit experiencing the issue with another unit, but the result was the same. The issue occurs when applying the ini file and updating the DB. While I suspect that the problem is caused by applying the ini file, I have not confirmed it yet. Please check and verify.
