Zubr / "Pomornik" travels inland

Playing the Mediterranean Fury 1 scenario, I realized that Zubrs are able to travel inland at quite some length. For example I see one that stopped at 5nm deep from the cost line at 300 ft ASL. I suppose this is not WAD, is it?

It is WAD since they can theoretically travel over land but yes that is an extreme distance for a hover craft. Not sure what the fix would be honestly as I think restricting it to just water or coastal tiles could cause issues

A related anecdote...

My neighbor in Northern Maine had a small personal hovercraft built from a kit. He wanted it to traverse a bog we had in the woods behind the house. But it could travel on flat land for any distance you wanted. It could do low inclines if they were very gradual. I learned from personal experience that you don't go up or down hills. Bad things can happen.

So its not the distance, its the terrain.
