Why cant I cargo transfer?

In the attached, I have moved three units (1xS300 and 2xCoastal Missiles) to Belbec A/B in Crimea. I have also sent there four 60tn cargo planes with the intention of transfer and unload the units to Ravnets airport in Bulgaria (at least that was the plan). The units however do not show as available cargo. Presumably something is wrong with my process. Please help me understand.

Right click on the airport and press "Select unit/s to pickup" but make sure the units are very close to the airfield when you do. You should see that the airfield has cargo afterwards and can load units as normal

In your example though the Sepal's aren't capable of being air transported and the S-300 battalion is but it needs to be split up before it can be loaded into an aircraft as it is to large as a single unit
