[FIXED] Submarines cannot hear dipping sonars.

Build 1328.12

Just a quick demonstration I threw together in two minutes. Helo is presently dipping and pinging with sonar (confirmed through the detecting sensor) and detecting the submarine but the submarine hears nothing at all.

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10875H CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB

Hi Apocal,
Thanks for highlighting this issue, it is fixed, I don't think it will be included in the next update release, it will be in the one after the next one.
